Terms of Service

Welcome to Visualize Time. By accessing your photo gallery or downloading media delivered by Shane Gomez (“Photographer”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients are granted personal usage rights for delivered photos.

• This includes posting on social media, personal websites, or promotional use for non-commercial purposes.

• Commercial use, including advertisements, product placement, or resale, requires written permission and/or a separate license.

• Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images, including the right to use them in portfolios, social media, promotions, or galleries.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images within the delivery window (typically 30–60 days unless extended).

• Shared galleries may be password-protected and are for authorized access only.

• If multiple individuals are included in the gallery (e.g., group events), clients agree to respect privacy and only download images they appear in or have permission to use.

3. Editing & Alteration

• Delivered images are professionally edited to reflect the Photographer’s artistic style.

• No additional editing, filters, or cropping should be applied in a way that misrepresents the original work.

• Requests for re-editing or retouching may incur additional fees.

4. Video Files

• When videos are delivered, they are final exports unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Raw footage is not included unless specified in the original agreement.

• Delivery is typically via WeTransfer or direct gallery link.

5. Delivery Timeline

• Photo galleries are typically delivered within [7–14 business days] unless otherwise noted.

• Delays due to technical issues, late payments, or external circumstances will be communicated clearly.

6. Refund Policy

• Due to the custom and artistic nature of photography services, all sales are final.

• In rare cases of technical failure or missed coverage, a partial refund or reshoot may be offered at the Photographer’s discretion.

7. Model Release

By participating in a session or event, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in the Photographer’s promotional materials, website, and portfolio, unless a written opt-out is provided in advance.

8. Respect & Conduct

Visualize Time reserves the right to withhold delivery or remove access to galleries in the case of harassment, disrespect, or breach of these terms.
